MARYLAND CRAB CAKES
Inspired By:Shirley Phillip™s crab cake recipe
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb. Crab Meat
1 tsp PureSpice ® Chesapeake Bay Seafood Seasoning
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 lg egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp PureSpice ® parsley
1.Combine all ingredients except crab meat.
2.Fold in crab meat, and shape into cakes.
3.Pan fry or bake at 375 for 15 minutes until cakes are evenly browned and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
